Upload one portrait and one car photo. JPEG, PNG, and WebP files are supported, up to 10 MB per image. Use a clear portrait with a visible face and a well-lit car photo that shows the vehicle. The upload interface does not accept celebrity photos, and you must have permission to use the photos you upload.
What kind of car photo works best?+−
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole car in frame. A three-quarter front view or side view is a good starting point. Avoid cropped bumpers, hidden wheels, very dark photos, and images where fences, trees, or other cars block the vehicle. The generated result may vary from the reference image.
Can I choose a car from a built-in catalog?+−
The creation workflow asks you to upload a car photo. Use a photo of the specific car you want to appear in the reveal; built-in car selection is not part of the current upload workflow.

Each generated video is 14 seconds long and uses a horizontal 16:9 aspect ratio. The available output resolutions are 480p, 720p, and 1080p Full HD, depending on your credit pack.
How many credits does each video cost?+−
A 480p video costs 45 credits, a 720p video costs 90 credits, and a 1080p video costs 180 credits. Choose the resolution before generating so you know the credit cost for that video.

How long does video generation take?+−
Most videos finish in about 2–4 minutes. Processing may take longer when the queue is busy. Completed videos are saved to My videos, so you can leave the page while processing continues.
Will the generated video look exactly like my photos?+−
Not always. Your portrait and car photo guide the generated scene, but AI output can vary in facial details, clothing, gestures, car shape, reflections, and lighting. Review the entire video before sharing it, especially if an exact likeness or accurate vehicle details are important.
Can I use my generated Unforgettable 24 video commercially?+−
Yes. The Terms of Service permit personal and commercial use of generated output, subject to the Terms. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the uploaded photos, obtaining consent from people shown, and respecting third-party rights and applicable platform rules.
Are my uploaded photos used to train AI models?+−
No. The Privacy Policy states that uploaded photos and other media are not used to train our own or third-party models without your consent. The files may be processed by service providers that help operate the service, such as hosting and storage providers, to generate the video you request.
